Products & Pricing
- All products are 100% original Boost Lifestyle branded items
- Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability
- Product images are for illustration purposes; minor variations may exist
- All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Order Placement & Confirmation
- Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via WhatsApp call/message
- An order is only confirmed after you receive a WhatsApp confirmation from our team
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Providing false or inaccurate information during checkout may result in order cancellation
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is our only accepted payment method
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other external factors
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery
- The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address
- Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur re-delivery charges
Warranty
- All Boost Lifestyle products carry a 1 Year Official Boost Warranty
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
- Warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair
- Warranty claims must be initiated via WhatsApp with proof of purchase
- Warranty service is subject to stock availability; we may repair or replace at our discretion
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Place fraudulent or fake orders
- Attempt to copy, replicate, or misuse our content or brand materials
- Engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website infrastructure
Limitation of Liability
Boost Lifestyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We make no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.
