Our Return Commitment

At Boost Lifestyle, we stand behind every product we sell. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery date
• Product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase (order ID or WhatsApp order confirmation) required
• Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents by the customer
• Products with broken seals (for hygiene-sensitive items)
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Custom or specially ordered products
• Items without original packaging or accessories

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via WhatsApp. If approved:

• Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
• Refund method: Bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Alternatively, we offer a product exchange or store credit

Warranty Claims

All Boost Lifestyle products come with a 1 Year Official Boost Warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a warranty claim.
